　　一、说教材：

　　今天我上课的内容是PEP小学英语Book3Unit 3 My friends A部分的了Let’s leam 和Let’s find out。本册在本套教材中起着个“过渡”这样一个作用，由听说逐渐转向听说读写，逐步渗透书写，对学生提出了新的要求。即四会单词的加入。而本单元的四会单词又是比较难的一单元，本单元主要围绕“我的朋友”即如何描述自己身边熟悉的人来展开的。本节课主要是让学生学习几个描述人物外貌特征的单词或词组，如：long hair， short hair， thin ，strong， quiet。并且能结合句子“He has…，She has…，She is… ，He is…”在生活中运用所学语言。本课教学内容贴近学生生活，比较容易让学生接受，难在单词的灵活运用上以及个别个别单词的发言，如quiet，thin，所以我在安排教学时，把单词和句子结合起来，把单词的运用做作为重点，而不是单纯的认读单词。

　　二、 说教学目标：

　　英语课程标准为旗帜鲜明的提出“以培养学生的创新精神的实践能力为重点，全面推进素质教育”。作为一个英语教师，必须明确英语教学的目的的就是培养学生用语言进行交际的能力。教学的主要任务不是积累知识，而是发展思维。教师在传授知识的同时，更主要的是设法结合学生的生活实际创造交际活动的情景，以增强学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们能积极参与言语实践活动。因此，基于以上观点对知识传授、能力培养、思想教育三者统一的要求在分析教材的基础上我拟定这节课的教学目标为：

　　（一） TPR活动法

　　用TPR活动法生动愉快地让学生适应上课，开始进入状态，同时更是一个对以前的学习内容的复习，为下面的学习内容做铺垫，为学生展开新内容提供知识基础，也为课堂气氛增色不少。

　　（二）词不离句、单词与句子教学相结合：每一个单词或词组出现后作相应的运用，以及替换练习，这是一种语言的内化和创造过程，使学生更易接受和理解单词，并有利于单词的运用以及接下来的会话教学。

　　（三）小组学习法：每四、五人一组，在互动中互相启发产生思维的碰撞，同时注意保证每个学生都有机会参与学习、而培养学生和伙伴合作的意识和策略，提高人际交往能力。学生也在独立与合作的交织中调控了自身的学习，变得自信、自强。

　　（四）练习法：最后设置一个读短文和写的练习，让小学英语从听说走向听说读写，为以后的“写”做准备。

　　（五）竞争教学法：本节课中两大组竟赛描述My friend。 可以激发他们的积极性，使他们将注意力高度集中在所学内容上，提高学习效率。

　　本堂课我大体上分为四大块；

　　（一）热身和复习

　　安排Let’s do 和 Look and say 。

　　这一过程既是学生复习旧的语言知识，为下一步学习作好铺垫，也是通过TPR活动让学生把所有的注意力集中到课堂中来，为英语学习创造了一种良好的氛围。

　　（二）新课呈现

　　1，运用复习中的旧知引出新知，long hair ，short hair。学生容易接受和理解，并及时运用。In our class。 Who has long hair ？。Who has short hair。？

　　2，运用黑板上的人物图形，紧接着教授strong 和 thin 通过图片中人物的对比学生比较容易理解，并及时运用。Who is strong？ Who is thin？ 用学生身边的人使学生说得亲切，熟悉，更易接受，易于信息的接受和生成。

　　3， Let’s chant 及时巩固新学的两组词汇 long hair， short hair ，strong， thin。 并为下一个单词quiet创造一个情镜，由大声的朗读转为安静的场景。

　　4，quiet的教学，利用场景让学生明白安静的意思，再分析人物，由场景的安静转入描述人物的文静。让学生逐个理解，并注意发音。让学生看清教师的口型再读，突破难点。

　　5，听录音，同桌共找，后再跟读

　　听音共找是比试，以促进其认真听并且积极辩音，又能让学生自觉做到眼、耳、手、脑共到，跟录音则是让学生接触到有英语本土味道，较纯真的语音，模仿地道的语言、语调。这对与我们这些没有在大的语言环境中学习语言的学生来说非常必要，特别是教师本身在这方面有欠缺，更应让学生多听录音。

　　（三）趣味操练

　　趣味操练以My friend为主线来安排：

　　①描述教师的朋友（看图片），让学生会用一个一个句子描述friend的外貌特征。

　　②让学生描述自己的friend，由一个个句子提升到几个句子或是一小段话。经过小组讨论，相互交流，合作学习，学会说一段话。

　　③再由说一段话过渡到阅读并理解一段话（四年级的学生还比较好动，注意易分散，爱表现自己。希望得到老师的认可和表扬，而比赛是最能引发学生的兴趣，发挥学生学习的主动性；使他们的注意力始终集中在课堂上，同时也培养了学生的合作竞争意识）所以在操练时始终结合分大组“比赛”激励学生来说，大胆的表述。

　　英语新课标要求提高学生的综合语言运用能力，这就要求我们教师不仅要让学生会写拼单词，更重要的是要让学生敢于开口说英语。而在我们实际的教学中，由于我们是农村小学，很多学生不敢开口，学生的`自信心不足，自主学习能力不强。这就要求教师在*时的教学中多鼓励学生，给予他们关心和帮助，有足够的耐心来进行教学。

　　在调动起学生的积极性之后，我们重点关注的就是学生的读和听的能力。说到读，在单词教学中我们应渗透自然拼读法。小学生对于音标的把握能力还有所欠缺，再加上音标学习枯燥无味，学生会产生厌倦心理。让学生学会自然拼读的规则，学生会更加容易的学会读并且记忆单词。我在三四年级的英语教学中尝试了这种方法，有很明显的效果。在给出一个新单词时，他们会根据所学主动试读，新授的单词也能很快背熟。听力方面，对于课本所提供的听力磁带，要让学生反复听，并让学生模仿，这样不仅会训练学生的听力，同时也训练的说的能力。同时也要让学生听一些简单易懂的英文歌曲儿歌，看英文电影等，视听相结合。

　　一定的输入之后，要进行简单的输出。所谓的输出包括说和写。

　　小学阶段对于写的要求没有很多，重点是要让学生会用英语进行交际。小学英语重在真实自然，贴近学生的生活。教材中选用的单词和句式，一般都是社会中最常见，最基础的。所以我们在教学过程中，应该创设相应的情景，让学生身临其境，在参与的过程中习得知识。教师可以多设计一些对话和活动，让学生进行表演，在动手的同时多动动口，使简单的句子落到实处，能够脱口而出。而且，可以要求学生在英语课上要用英语交谈，在*时师生之间，学生之间尽量多用英语，不管语法是否对，你能讲就是值得表扬。在不断地说的过程中，学生的交际能力得到提高，对于重点句型也就自然而然地可以运用自如了。接下来学生要做的就是将重点单词句型进行巩固记忆，在书写方面也就基本没有什么问题了。

　　总之，作为教师，对于课标的把握非常重要，我们要基于课标的要求，充分地训练学生综合语言运用能力，让学生真正地学会英语，喜欢英语！

　　本堂课结束后，我感觉设计的几个趣味操练、扩展活动、探究活动深受学生喜爱，学生们爱好很浓，积极参与，达到了我的教学目标。孩子们在轻松愉快的气氛中，充分体现了合作学习的精神。趣味操练中他们轻轻松松的把握了单词和句子，增强了学生的自信心和成就感，同时培养了学生的合作精神和创新能力。可见一堂布满趣味性的英语课需要老师带领学生一起去开发、去挖掘、去拓展、去想象。我认为本堂课体现了以下几点：

　　一、注重学生的主体地位，实现了教师角色的转变。

　　我们知道课堂学习的主体是学生，学生要对英语感兴趣，还要真正能将学到的英语运用于实际，这些是我们的奋斗目标。要实现这些目标，要求老师要想方设法调动学生的想象力和创造力，引导他们去动脑筋思考、分析、归纳、运用英语，自己学习，自己创造，养成自学的好习惯。因此，本课设计了许多以学生为主体的活动，其中有个人的（Listen and remember）、两人的（pair work）、小组的（Clap your hands，Chose the word cards，Listen and stick the pictures…）和全班性的（Guessing game，Free talk…）形式，有教师指导性的，也有需学生独立或合作完成的。活动均有明确的目标与要求，并能够安排在一定的语境和情景中进行，突出了培养学生学英语用英语的习惯和用英语进行交流的`能力，体现了交际语言教学的思想。教师在教学活动中，注重了自己角色的转换与控制，在启发与示范后，能够把足够的时间留给学生，通过一系列的表演，活动，让学生努力实践与展示自己，让他们感受成功。例如，学完新单词后，设计一项Chose the word cards和Guessing game的练习竞赛，通过竞争比赛，充分调动了学生的积极性，他们全员参与，轻而易举的巩固了新单词；学完新句型后，学生4人小组合作进行各种有趣的情景对话。（Clap your hands，Chose the word cards，Listen and stick the pictures…），培养了学生的团队意识和合作进取的精神。

　　二、注重学习过程中的趣味性、形象性，帮助学生快而准的把握知识。

　　本课教学内容主要是教学动词的过去式和过去式句型，在设计上采用分解难点、分步呈现、逐步扩展、层层深入的方式，注重示范质量，保证学生对语言意义的正确理解，通过各种模拟和操练活动，使学生把握新的语言形式。例如，在教学句子How can I get to the museum？和Where is the……时，利用卡片和录音来呈现教学内容，形象生动，具有趣味性，学生很轻易上口。

　　三、兼顾学生听、说、读、写能力，培养学生的创新思维。

　　听、说、读、写能力是英语课学习所要达到的知识能力目标。本课教学设计的练习都兼顾了听、说、读、写的练习，如教新短语turn left时，让学生听录音，老师做动作，学生猜单词意思；小组讨论，句型的替换，这样既练习了学生应用能力，又达到了分层教学的目的。在教学中，应用以旧引新的方法，新旧知识的综合运用，发挥想象力，培养了学生的创新思维和创新能力。设计用单词组成句子的环节，培养了学生的书写和应用能力。

　　同时，本课的教学中也存在着一些不足，如教学设计注重小组合作，注重培养学生的小组合作精神，培养学生个体意识的练习只有一、两个，应设计一些既能体现个体有能发挥整体性的教学环节，使学生个体与整体联系起来，达到学以致用的目的，本人将会在今后的教学中提高这方面的练习。

　　常识告诉我们，人类对世界的认识总是从感知逐步开始的，即使是学习母语，人们总是通过肉眼观察，通过耳朵去接受信息来实现存在的表象与语言信息的对应的结合。

　　具体事物教学法能有效地吸引学生注意力和观察力，同时，可以增强学生的记忆力和想象力，提高学生的求知欲望。教师对这一教学法的运用，可以通过实物、动作、表情及英语描述为主，辅助以简单的汉语的解释来组织教学。例如：在教“pen”这个词时，教师先拿出一支钢笔，说：“look！this is a pen。”并重复二、三次，再拿起学生的一支钢笔说“This is a pen too。”然后点点头表示肯定。当然在读时，“pen”这个词要读重音，这样学生就能理解了，“pen”这个符号就是汉语中“钢笔”的意思。同时，学生们看了铅笔、小刀、尺子等实物时，就会自觉地想学会它们的英语发音了。

　　以具体事物代替抽象事物来进行小学英语教学，不仅符合人类获得语言知识的基本规律，而且很自然地把视、听、说有机地结合在一起，有利于调动学生学习兴趣。

　　苏霍姆林斯基说“学习兴趣是学习活动的重要动力”。小学生学习英语，大都存在一种猎奇心理，他们对新事物、新知识开始表现出很浓厚的兴趣。然而，他们年龄特点，又决定这种兴趣存在的短暂性。因此，如果单纯地反复认读、书写单词、句型、会话等，容易使学生产生厌倦心理，丧失学习兴趣，从而影响教学质量。如果教师在教课中，适当联系生活实际，创造出一些生活情景，就能消除学生的厌倦心理，调动学生的积极性，产生出不同的教学效果。

　　例如，在学习字母“Ｔ”和“Ｖ”时，教师可以先问学生，“你们看过这两个字母吗？你们知道赤峰电视台的缩写字母吗？”这样的提问对*时爱看电视及一些细心观察的孩子来说是很容易回答的，他们会很快说出“看过，在电视上看过，ＣＦＴＶ”等，继而发挥想象力，说出“ＮＭＴＶ、ＣＣＴＶ”等，你一言，我一语，由少数学生参与学习慢慢地带动了全体学生。这样，既活跃了课堂，学习了新知识，又巩固了学过的知识；同时，联系了生活实际，学以致用。运用生活实际，把日常生活中的交际形式搬上课堂，为学生在日常生活中使用课堂上所学的英语创造条件，可使学生学习热情高涨，保持和加强了学生的注意力，提高了学生们的语言交际能力。

　　英语教学中，我对学生的学习的空间更加开放，能激发学生创造性地使用所学语言，从而使学生的思维得以激活，学生自主学习的潜力得以发展。

　　上课一开始，播放每单元Let’schant歌谣，让学生感受歌谣的节奏和韵律，为新句型的教学作好铺垫。

　　之后，事先将PartBLet’slearn中的词或词组和以前学过的写在纸条上，然后每小组抽两名学生到到黑板前来，一名学生抽其中的一张纸条，看纸条后将词组用动作表示出来，另一名学生用英语来描述此动作。

　　然后，让学生再次感受，强化记忆。即全班学生以抢答的形式，再次巩固和强化上节课的资料。抢答的方法如下：教师将以上的词组的图片贴在黑板上，教师报其中的图片号码，全体学生抢答。透过抢答游戏，让全体学生动起来，避免了机械单调地读，活跃了课堂气氛，激发了学生学习的兴趣，同时也锻炼了学生观察、记忆和快速反应的潜力。

　　在新课教授部分，实行了听力先行，感知新语言。这样一方面有利于拉近师生之间的关系，另一方面听力练习能够用来帮忙学生在进入Let’stalk新句型的学习之前先从听觉上感知新语言点。

　　在此基础上，创设游戏各种游戏活动。如:What’smissing，Matchinggame，guessinggame等。把学生带入了真实生活的情境，为练说新句型作好了情感铺垫。又根据学生的特点，抓住他们喜欢交友、喜欢热闹之情，挖掘学生的认知和情感，自然地引出新句型。

　　最后，让学生结合本课重点和生活实际来设计对话，能使学生切实感到身边有英语，从而增强学生运用英语的意识，培养学生的自主创新潜力。

　　英语教学应提倡“学中用，用中学，学用结合，学以致用”。在教学过程中，学和用是一个整体。为实现教学目标，我所设计的每一个教学游戏活动始终将学生置于一种自主、和谐、简单的自然学习氛围中，从而使学生在不断地习得和使用语言中将语言知识内化，为学生自我求知、自我获取知识创造了有利条件，促进了学生思维的活跃和才能的发挥。

　　又是一个后知后觉的周记，有时一忙，就有点昏花了，老是会有事情没有按计划完成，以后要更加注意自我的效率了。时光真的是太快了，我都没反应过来，新的一个星期就翩然而至。上周的点滴已经要珍藏在脑海里。

　　今日周一本来应当是室外升旗仪式，由于天气阴冷，改成了室内升旗仪式，我还是第一次明白有室内升旗仪式的存在。全体师生收看校电视台，看着电视里学生出旗升旗的画面，所有的学生都一样整齐严肃的站着，班主任，任课教师也都在班级里，少先队员行队礼，团体唱*， 听*下讲话，没有一个环节少掉，秩序依然一样好。班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉，站立的时候必须是立正的姿势，双手不允许塞进口袋。我很受感动，有时候，我们不只是有在大庭广众下要求孩子们表现良好，即使是在自我的班级里，也要时刻严格要求自我。

　　这些看似苛刻斤斤计较的要求，对于孩子们的成长起到很重要的作用，他们很懂规矩，已经养成了良好的习惯。这些二年级的孩子们就已经很尊敬教师，友爱同学，不嘲笑别人，会关心帮忙生病的小朋友，会及时把课堂作业处理好，会回家自觉听写单词，自觉到教师那单元过关，会把手里的垃圾分类放进班级的垃圾桶，排着整齐的队伍去食堂吃饭……吃饭的时候，他们会把食堂阿姨端来的饭一一接力往最里面传，也就是最里面的孩子最先拿到饭，等到所有的人拿到饭了他们会很默契的开吃，每五个人一份汤，他们也都是很谦让的帮别人盛到碗里，一齐分着喝，如果有时候发饭后水果，最先吃完的小朋友会主动*，有秩序的一一分发，苹果，橘子，香蕉，大枣，或者是梨子，他们没有任何人挑三拣四，很自觉的理解属于自我的那份，我觉得这很难得，因为我听过有个四年级的班级，发水果很难顺利进行，都沦落到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自我小小了，难看了)。我听了觉得很滑稽，虽然能够理解这些孩子的行为，可是和我们二年级的班级的孩子们比，他们真的有点倒退了。

　　这是一个习惯问题，和年级无关，和所谓的面子工程无关，好的习惯是孩子们一辈子的财富。我们的孩子经济上能够不富裕，可是，精神素养上必须是不能够缺的。一个团体的力量是巨大的。好的班主任，素养的高的教师，树立的良好班风，立下的班规，是塑造孩子们品格的模子。班主任陈教师的的管理班级的方法，我是真心的赞赏。并且我相信，我们班级的小朋友即使是到了六年级，这些好习惯好班风也是会坚持的。

　　班主任陈教师也带他们数学。上周，陈教师评选出12位优秀数学作业 之星，他们是数学作业得的星星最多的同学。并自我掏钱给他们买了奖品--很漂亮很实用的小笔记，作业本，橡皮等，并再班级晨会上公开表扬了这些同学，发放奖品，同时鼓励更多的同学像他们看齐。并许诺，下半个学期的作业从此刻截止的算起，重新积累星星，学期末再评选一次。明白教师顾教师，带英语，她也有自我的一套鼓励模式。她用的是自我做的流动小花，每次作业一个a星换一个小花，5朵小花换一个印章，5个印章换一个创意小奖状，最终发放奖品。我看到她自我掏钱在网上买了好多学习用品。看那摆弄哪些小玩意时得意的笑脸，我真心觉得和孩子们在一齐的教师，是永远年轻的永远有一颗童心永远都会在私下里对可爱的东西大惊小怪，很喜欢很向往这样的状态。

　　1、对教学目标的反思。

　　教学目标是影响课堂教学成败的重要因素。反思教学目标是否全面，教师应多考虑“我为什么做我所做的”。教师要根据整节课的教学实践和同学掌握知识的情况，反思自身所定的教学目标是否符合新教材的特点，是否符合同学的实际情况。同学通过该节课的学习，是否达到教学目标的要求。

　　2、对教学内容的反思。

　　反思教学内容的科学性、思想性和趣味性是否符合同学年龄特点。例如：在教学There be句型中可挑选一首同学熟悉的儿歌“Bingo”，先给同学热身，然后进行猜物的游戏。通过游戏和歌曲，同学兴趣浓厚，求知欲很强。同学借助多媒体，带着问题观赏学校。引人入胜的画面，生动的对话，很好地调动了同学的学习积极性。同学都踊跃就课文内容相互提问并解答，以一问一答的方式迅速理解并掌握课文。

　　3、对教学方法的反思

　　（1）反思是否以系统的观点为指导，选择合适的教学方法。教学方法的选择和运用要依据以下几方面：教学目的和任务，教学规律和原则，各种教学方法的功能、适用范围和使用条件，同学的实际水*和可接受水*，教师自身的素养和学校提供的条件等。如在教《COUNTRIES》国家的第一课时后，教师意识到同学对各国名称和对课文的学习颇感困难。

　　在与同学交流的过程中，同学很活跃，提出许多建设性的提议。然后，教师把单元教学改为同学收集各国标志性的建筑物的图片，并查阅相关资料，以导游的身份做一份最有价值旅游热点报告。每个同学在全班的范围内用英语口语进行交流，完成旅游热点报告的任务。这就打破了保守教学师生单通道授受关系的局面，同学是学习的主体，是意义的主动建构者，教师是同学意义建构的协助者、促进者。同学的主观能动性得到发挥，其运用英语交际的能力也随之得到提高。

　　（2）反思能否根据教学方法的外部形态和同学认识活动的特点，优化教学方法。各种教学方法都有其优点和缺点，通过反思，能有机地把各种教学方法结合起来，发挥其最大效用，全面发展同学听、说、读、写等英语学习能力。

　　随着时代的发展和社会的提高，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。没有掌握英语犹如缺乏一种思想，缺少了一个重要的知识源泉。能够这样说，学会英语，不但多了一双眼睛，一对耳朵，和一条舌头，甚至是多了一个头脑！因为语言是人类思维的工具，认识世界的工具，掌握一种语言也即掌握了一种观察和认识世界的方法和习惯。

　　小学开设英语课是当代社会发展的需要，能够有效地提高我国英语水*。小学生模仿力、记忆力、可塑性强，具有许多成年人甚至中学生不具备的优越条件，小学开设英语能够发挥他们学习语言的潜力。小学开设英语课能够使小学生了解其他国家和民族的优秀文化传统，开阔眼界，扩展他们的知识，提高他们的思想品德修养，树立国际意识。所以，我市已经从小学三年级开始开设英语课，采用的是PEP教材。这套教材把语言功能、结构、话题、任务有机结合，采用了多种教学方法，并注意利用多种媒体。此外，它有助于思想情感教育，注意中外文化交流，既有国际性也有民族性，并注意加强学科间的整合和渗透。

　　从事第一线英语教学四年的我，结合日常工作中的点点滴滴，总结以下几点反思：

　　反思一、持续不断的语言知识，而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣

　　小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但不能单唱歌游戏去学习，因为培养兴趣主要是为了学习英语。小学生学习英语不是英美的移民学习英语，则仅有不断学到语言知识，提高语言本事，满足他们的成就感，才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周仅有100多分钟的英语课，单唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应当作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们能够采用多种手段帮忙小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学习语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中，听、说、读、写、译五种本事是能够互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只模仿不培养学习本事，也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。

　　反思二、英语应用本事需要相应的词汇。

　　“不学习语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇，英语应用本事就是空中楼阁”。（包天仁语）俄罗斯通常在初中一年级开设英语课（相当于我国的小学5年级），每周3节课，第一学年即要求掌握约1300个英语词汇，学生到高中毕业时要掌握1万以上词汇，基本能够读懂英文原著。而我国此刻对高中毕业生的要求是掌握20xx词汇（包括词组），新研制的’课程标准’要求掌握4000个左右的词汇。我们应当借鉴国外的经验，尽快解决英语教学费时较多、收效较低的现状。而目前在小学的低年级的英语教学中，不要求学生掌握词汇，而只要求学生能，根据提示或图片说出该单词，其本质无非是要学生们记硬背，鹦鹉学舌。由于小学生们没有相应的读音规则训练，不熟悉词汇的拼写规则，单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一齐，因而导致了单词记忆的困难，并成了小学生学英语的瓶颈。

　　反思三、小学英语教师应有发展意识

　　一向以来，人们小学英语教师的语言知识本事要求不高，认为小学英语简单，不需要太好的语言功底，只要有良好的教学技能就能够了。其实时代在提高，社会在发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自我的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，误人子弟，并且会被时代所淘汰。

　　反思四、小学英语教师应有文化意识

　　在小学英语的教学中，因为课文的简单易懂，所含的信息量少的缘故，很多小学英语教师忽视了文化对语言的影响，而导致了一些语言情景的不真实，和虚假的语言的产生。

　　跨文化交际意识的培养，是英语教学的一个重要组成部分。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。对英语词汇的准确理解，和对语言环境的认识和创设和把握，需要对文化的比较深刻的理解。外族文化知识的获得，主要是经过对该族文化历史的研究和学习，经过对该族语言文学作品的研读，经过对该族文化生活习惯、生活方式的了解。而读原版英语经典著作的学习，是到达这三条的捷径。

　　反思五、小学英语教师应有情感意识

　　英语教师的教学重点是放在教学资料，教学大纲和考试形式上呢，还是将教学注重点转移到学生的性格、兴趣、情绪等方面的培养和控制？这是，现代教育思想转变的重大原则问题。事实证明，认为自我“、开放、*静、友好、体贴、乐于助人、聪明、富于逻辑性和欢乐”的人，一般来说，其学习英语成功的可能性要大于与上述性格相反或相差极大的学习者。另外，在外语学习过程中，由于外界因素的影响，学习者会出现焦虑沮丧烦躁不安等情景，英语教师作为教学活动的组织者，应注意对外语学习者情感因素的培养和控制。尤其是在小学的低年级阶段，英语教师要培养对学生的亲近感。在课堂教学中英语教师要十分尊重学生，注意激励学生，关注学生学习过程。在当前“减负”工作中，英语教师尤其要注意体察学生在课堂上的心理感受，亲近学生，使学生喜爱英语教师和英语课，从而提高英语课堂教学的效益。

　　反思六、小学英语教师应更新观念，学会使用现代化手段进行教学。

　　此刻人们已经清楚地看到，21世纪是高新科学技术迅猛发展的时代，尤其是电脑信息网络高速发展的大趋势。世界已经变小了，由于电脑信息网络高速公路的全球连网和普及，生活在“地球村”中的人们的生活方式，工作方式，学习方式，娱乐方式，交际方式乃至思维方式都将发生巨大的变化。21世纪教与学不进入英特网是不可想象的。而另一方面英特网将使人类教育进入了“电子教育”时代。

　　本课时所包含的知识点是让学生能用学过的一年四季的单词来描述一年四季的特征。

　　我在导课时，首先利用一首歌谣将今天所要学习的内容以动画的形式载入画面，让学生通过自己的观察发现今天要学习的内容，从而导出本课要讲的知识点，使学生自然的进入今天要学习的内容中来。

　　针对本课时的重，难点内容，我设置了以师生对话为主线，通过依次展示一年四季图片，出示课件，反复练习要掌握的句型，从而来加强记忆，为巩固记忆，我还安排学生分组对话、师生对话等形式予以训练，以及让学生们小组活动，让绝大多数同学能掌握该重点内容，并能在正确的情景下使用该句型。

　　为创设真实的情境，我通过一年四季课件形、声逼真的演示后，水到渠成的完成了句型的教授，使同学们始终带着兴趣完成了要学的任务。

　　小学英语力求寓教于乐，兴趣教学，并能正确的运用所学知识，因此我在该课时结束时，安排了让学生自己画出自己喜爱的季节，并涂上色彩，配上音乐，使之形成一个完整的画面，给学生一种美的感受，让学生在情境中完成一个综合性的写作训练，这样，学生自然而然的就学会了要掌握的知识。

　　一 、反思学生

　　在村小，教师面对的都是一些没有英语P基础的十来岁的孩子，要让他们听懂、会说、会认、会写词句，难度是很大的。要做好工作，只有永不言弃。

　　二、 反思教材

　　目前用的马承英语教材，内容太多，次序不科学、缺少趣味性。内容多造成单词量大，每节课学生要接触十到二十个单词，学习量大； 编排时课文在前，学习时却放在后，单词教学却恰恰相反。有点哗众取宠的感觉。应本着教学规律编排；课本虽介绍了一些游戏，但操作起来不是很理想；就内容本身而言，缺少童趣。如chant中能尽量不出现新词，而以课文中出现的单词为主；Practise中的问答也如此，也许会好些。

　　三、反思课程设置

　　现在，村小的英语老师至少要跨两个学校，课程设置很不合理。有的学校一周只有一天课，学生要认读二 、三十个单词，要达到预期目标谈何容易！每天至少应有一节课。英语老师尽量不跨校。课程的设置应科学化，应遵循学生的认知规律。

　　四、反思考核方式

　　还是简单的答卷形式。只考了听、写，没检查说、用，学以致用不过是一句空话。

　　五、反思学习环境

　　学习环境太少，除了课堂几乎找不到。如果年青的父母们能懂一点英语，在孩子呀呀学语的时侯，就能教孩子说一些常见的事物的英文，能在孩子学龄前解决说的问题，那么英语教学就不会这么被动了；如果学校能创设英语角，将校本课的时间交给英语老师，让她们带领学生说 、玩 、 唱、跳、演、 画、、、、、、一定能提高孩子学英语的兴趣。须知兴趣时最好的老师。

　　综上所诉，搞好英语教学应校内、家庭、社会三者互相配合，目标一致。让我们的孩子学的快乐，学的扎实善用。

　　我们学校200x年刚刚开设英语，在我任小学英语教学工作以来，我一直反思小学应不应该开设英语课，我们应该怎样去教，在教的过程中应注意什么？要求学生掌握到什么程度。这些事情一直困扰着我。

　　由于开设英语不久，学生们的水*参差不齐。特别是0x年秋季学期三、四、五、六年级学习的教材是一样的，都是外研版三年级起点的第一册，并且六年级的学生还要参加期末西乡塘区的期末统考。学的是三年级的课本却考六年级的试卷，结果可想而知了：学生们考得一塌糊涂，那时我深刻体会到小学英语考试是行不通的，这样的状况持续了三年才结束。因此我觉得小学学英语可以作为一种兴趣来培养，不能一味的考试，而让有些学生慢慢失去了信心。

　　在我们学校，不管在哪个年级都存在优生和学困生，但是在英语课中学困生和中等生存在居多，每次面对这些学生我都觉得很头疼，农村孩子并不像城市孩子，有好的成长环境和学习环境，而且有些城市的孩子从幼儿园就开始学习英语。农村孩子是没有这么好的学习条件的，并且家长和学生没有意识到学习英语的重要性，所以家长、学生都不重视。我在教学新单词或句型的时候，不仅通过了机械操练、游戏、chant等等活动，但当让个别学生起来读、开火车读时，他们还是不会读，我就会气的脸红脖子粗，有时会狠狠的凶他们。但是之后想想孩子们也不容易，有时我会觉得学英语对他们来说太残忍了。

　　经过几年的努力，我所教的学生在一点一滴的成长着，因此我觉得累并快乐着。随着社会的发展，英语也变的越来越重要，这个社会需要我们学会英语，作为一名教师更应该提高自身专业素质，在教学中不断充实自己，做到终身学习，为社会培养有用的人才。

　　教学反思一：用英语组织教学

　　本学期自开学以来，我在课堂上尽量使用简单的英语组织教学。无论课上时师生相互打招呼问候、道别，或是教师发指令让学生活动等，都用英语来说。到目前为止，已有多数学生已经理解简单语句的说法，并逐步学会了其说法。这样做有助于创造英语气氛，学生的学习用心性会更高，能够帮忙学生透过英语直接理解教学资料的意思，养成用英语思维的习惯。当然必要时也可适当的利用母语。例如用英语难以理解的，较抽象的词句就能够用英语解释，以节省教学时间。对于特殊的英语表达方式，也可作英语与母语比较，以加深理解，便于记忆。例如Good morning/afternoon/evening等的汉译是“早上/下午/晚上好！”但是英语里必需是Good在前的顺序。

　　教学反思二：鼓励

　　我在课堂上，当学生正确回答问题时，我常常进行鼓励，这是帮忙初学者克服英语学习的良好方法。而且任何鼓励都会使儿童感到高兴。我在课堂上大胆使用鼓励，能够鼓励全班，也可鼓励某一小组或某一学生。学生在开展个人活动、小组活动时，能够到学生中间去，鼓励和帮忙某一个学生、某两个学生、或某一组学生，这种做法是比较好的。

　　对学生的书面作业，我也经常给予鼓励，不仅仅能够写上“Good!Verygood!”等，还能够贴上一张表示鼓励的小粘贴画。对于学生书面作业中的错误应给予纠正，让学生感到你在意他们的书面作业。

　　教学反思三：交际活动

　　学习英语一个重要的目的是运用英语进行交际，两人之间的交际是活动的重要形式，因此，语言训练中应经常开展两人活动。

　　两人之间的对话活动是最常见的两人活动。能够要求学生就某一话题、某一张图片、某一个人等进行一问一答形式的对话，也可要求学生开展一个发指令，另一个做的活动，还能够开展两人之间的讨论、辩论、商量等活动。

　　在五年级，我能够开展笔头训练的两人一组的活动，如以搞笑的两人游戏形式开展听写、相互改错、连词成句、句型转换等。

　　两人活动很容易在课桌上开展，不需要学生离开课堂，有时为了活跃课堂气氛，或者带给更多与不一样人进行训练的机会，能够让前排的学生转身和后排的学生进行两人活动。

　　教学反思四：今后教学注意以下几点：

　　1、坚持英语教学的实践性原则，改变过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授。

　　2、防止过分强调模仿、死记硬背、机械操练的教学倾向。

　　3、倡导语言知识教学和技能相结合的、开放的、互动的学习模式。

　　一、总体情况

　　期中考试已经圆满结束了。回顾这次考试，在各个方面都有很多的收获和启迪。这次英语测试不仅注重对学生基础知识掌握情况的检查，更注重综合能力的考查，且注重了小学期间英语知识的整合。试卷从听、写、认、读多方面考查学生的知识掌握情况，且难易适中，基本能考查出六年级学生英语的真实水*。知识覆盖广，重点、难点突出，充分体现了以发展学生为目标的特点，以学生的全面发展为出发点，既有利于准确考查学生对知识掌握情况，又有利于引导小学英语教学。

　　二、主要成绩

　　本套试卷共分为听力、笔试和口语三大部分，其中听力占30%，笔试占40%，口语占30%，总分100分。

　　听力部分共三道大题，分别从听音选图、听音排序，听音选答案三个方面对学生进行了考查，因为六年级学生已经有了一定的听力方面的分析再认能力所以前两道题失分率较低，听句子选答语，学生做得不佳，可见学生们对句子的理解和运用，还有待加强。尤其在今后的训练中加强学生捕捉关键词的能力。

　　笔试部分第四题考查了学生对于词汇及句子结构的掌握情况，除学困生和极个别学生马虎失分之外，大部分学生答的都不错。第五题答的不太理想失分较多,主要原因就是部分学生对于词汇的掌握比较浅显一但综合运用就有些力不从心，而且学生不会融入情境，不能再情境中准确运用知识，所以今后应加强这方面习题的训练量，在复习时，也要为学生创设一定的情境。第六答题，完形填空，此题是学生们首次在考试中见到，答题情况较差，学生在做这种题的时候，不会联系上下文，总是单一考虑答案，今后要多培养学生的理解意群的能力。第七大题阅读理解很简单但有些学生比较死扣句词而不是真正理解句意所以导致判断失误也有失分。尤其是对talkto和talkwith的用法不甚理解。在英语教学中有很多近义和同义的词或词组，在下一步的复习中要重点区分和理解运用。第八答题，基础写作。此题失分较高，有60%的学生都未得到满分。失分较多的题是对进行时句子的描述，学生总是丢掉be动词，另外就是特殊疑问词的选择，也存在较大的问题。今后要多加强写作的训练。

　　三、存在问题

　　从学生答题情况和成绩情况来看，存在着一些不足，主要表现在以下几个方面：

　　1、学生对所学知识掌握得太死，运用不灵活。从试卷中可看出，学生们对教材中的词、句子、对话单纯地死记硬背，不甚理解，习题稍微有变动，就不知从何下手，结果一做就错。

　　2、题型见得少，练得少，导致学生不会做题。

　　3、学困生是一个大问题，在今后的教学中，一定在抓好全面的基础上做好学困生的工作，真正提高他们的学习效果，从而提高整体的学习成绩。

　　四.改进措施：

　　1.在今后的英语教学中，要抓基础，培养能力，打好坚实的语言基础，特别是最基本的词汇、语法和常用句型，要反复训练，做到举一反三。

　　2.在上课过程中，要尽量照顾差生，让他们参与到课堂活动中来。

　　3.在日常教学中,更加扎实的培养学生的英语阅读理解能力,提高学生的阅读水*。

　　4.加强对综合运用能力的训练中成长，从而增加他们的能力，取得好成绩。
